These are the terms for using growtidemedia.in, run by GrowTide Media (“GrowTide”, “we”). By using the site, or sending us an application or a letter, you agree to them.

Using the site

You’re welcome to look around. What you send us must be true and be yours to send. Please don’t send us other people’s personal details without their permission, scrape the site, or try to break it or overload it.

Applying

You must be 18 or older. Applying doesn’t guarantee a place: we decide, and every decision, including “not yet”, comes with a reason. After a “not yet” you can apply again after three months.

Your work

You keep everything you made. By applying you let us read your application and look at the public content and accounts you link, for the purpose of considering you. If we work together, we’ll agree the terms in writing, separately.

Brands

Writing to us isn’t a contract. Any work, including what it costs and how it’s paid, is agreed in a separate written contract.

Anything marked Sample is an illustration, not a real creator, case study or result.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but it’s provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Pune.
