What we collect

If you apply as a creator: your name, email, where you’re based, that you’re 18 or older, your answers to our questions, links to your work and accounts, and any qualifications you choose to tell us about.

If you write to us as a brand: your name, company, what you make, who you want to reach, what success would look like for you, and your email.

While you fill in the application, a draft is saved in your own browser so you don’t lose it. It stays on your device until you press send, and it’s cleared when you do.

After you apply you get a private link to a page that shows where your application is. The link is the only key to that page, so keep it to yourself.

We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don’t set tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To read your application, look at the public work and accounts you link (including checking that an audience is real), talk with you, and tell you our decision with a reason.

To reply to brands who write to us.

To keep the site safe and running.

We don’t sell your information.

Who can see it

Only the GrowTide team reads applications and letters.

Two services run things for us and handle your information only to do that: Supabase (our database, in Mumbai, India) and Google Cloud (our website hosting, in Singapore). Because of that, your information is processed in India and Singapore, wherever you are.

We’ll share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While we’re considering your application, and afterwards so we can recognise a later one: if the answer is “not yet”, you can apply again after three months. If you’d like it gone sooner, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your application. Write to hello@growtidemedia.in and we’ll answer.

You must be 18 or older to apply.

Changes

If we change this page we’ll change the date at the top.
