You apply.
Eight questions about your craft, not your numbers. What you do, what people get wrong about it, and the work you’re proudest of.
Nobody asked what you know. We will.
Every creator who applies to GrowTide is judged on what they know and how much they care — never on how many people follow them. Here is exactly how it works.
Eight questions about your craft, not your numbers. What you do, what people get wrong about it, and the work you’re proudest of.
We read your earliest posts, not just your best ones. We look at the questions your audience asks you. And we check that your audience is real — we just don’t care how big it is.
Some fields need more than talent. If your work touches health, money, law, or anything electrical or gas, we also check your qualifications on the official register.
You teach us something. We ask what beginners get wrong, what you’ve changed your mind about, and what you would never put your name to. No scripts, no pitch decks.
If it’s yes, you get a plan for what we’ll build together. If it’s not yet, you get one honest note on what would change our mind — and you can apply again in three months.
You know the why, not just the what.
You would do this even if nobody paid you.
Your name matters more to you than any fee.
There’s something you could build, and you want help building it.
There are no trick questions. The only wrong answer is one that isn’t yours. Try answering one in your head.
Question 01
Teach me something from your field in three minutes.
Why we askwe’re listening for clarity, not jargon.
About ten minutes. A person reads every word.
